TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DE COMISIONES
Para que el proceso sea claro y justo para ambas partes, por favor lee lo siguiente antes de solicitar una comisión.Encargo
✦ Al solicitar una comisión, el cliente acepta estos términos. El trabajo consiste en una ilustración personalizada según lo acordado previamente.Pago
✦ El pago se realiza en su totalidad (100%) antes de comenzar el trabajo.
✦ No se realizan reembolsos una vez iniciado el proceso.
✦ Todos los precios están en USD (dólares estadounidenses).
✦ Los pagos se realizan a través de PayPal. El precio final puede variar ligeramente debido a comisiones de transacción, las cuales serán comunicadas claramente antes de realizar el pago.Cancelaciones
✦ Si el cliente decide cancelar el proyecto después de haber realizado el pago, no se realizará ningún reembolso.
✦ Si el artista cancela la comisión por cualquier motivo, se reembolsará el monto correspondiente.Derechos de uso
✦ El artista conserva todos los derechos de autor de la obra.
✦ El cliente recibe una licencia para uso personal, a menos que se acuerde lo contrario.
✦ No se permite revender, modificar o utilizar la obra con fines comerciales sin autorización previa.Uso de inteligencia artificial
✦ La obra no podrá ser utilizada para entrenamiento de inteligencia artificial ni sistemas similares sin el consentimiento explícito del artista.Revisiones
✦ Se incluyen hasta 3 revisiones durante la fase de boceto/concepto.
✦ Una vez aprobada esta fase, no se realizarán cambios en etapas posteriores.
✦ Cualquier cambio adicional solicitado después tendrá un costo extra, acordado previamente.Uso en portafolio
✦ El artista se reserva el derecho de mostrar la obra en su portafolio y redes sociales.Entrega
✦ La obra final se entregará en formato digital.
✦ Los tiempos de entrega pueden variar, pero serán comunicados previamente al cliente.General
✦ Me reservo el derecho de modificar estos términos y condiciones en cualquier momento.
✦ Los cambios no afectarán comisiones ya confirmadas y en proceso.Al solicitar una comisión, el cliente confirma que ha leído y acepta estos términos.
COMMISSIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS
To ensure the process is clear and fair for both parties, please read the following before requesting a commission.Commission
✦ By requesting a commission, the client agrees to these terms. The work consists of a custom illustration based on what has been previously agreed.Payment
✦ Full payment (100%) is required before starting the work.
✦ No refunds will be issued once the process has begun.
✦ All prices are in USD (United States dollars).
✦ Payments are made via PayPal. Final prices may vary slightly due to transaction fees, which will be clearly communicated before payment.Cancellations
✦ If the client decides to cancel the project after payment, no refund will be issued.
✦ If the artist cancels the commission for any reason, the corresponding amount will be refunded.Usage Rights
✦ The artist retains all copyright over the artwork.
✦ The client receives a license for personal use, unless otherwise agreed.
✦ The artwork may not be resold, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior permission.Artificial Intelligence Usage
✦ The artwork may not be used for training artificial intelligence or similar systems without the artist’s explicit consent.Revisions
✦ Up to 3 revisions are included during the sketch/concept phase.
✦ Once this phase is approved, no further changes will be made in later stages.
✦ Any additional changes requested afterward will incur an extra fee, agreed upon beforehand.Portfolio Use
✦ The artist reserves the right to display the artwork in their portfolio and social media.Delivery
