Terms of Service
If you make a commission request you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of service provided below.
General
I reserve the right to reject commission requests if I do not feel comfortable or do not see myself able to meet the requested expectations.
Payments and fees
Prices shown are in USD.
Payment for commission requests is made through PayPal.
50% of the total payment is required to begin making the request and 50% of the remaining payment before delivering the final files. If the latter is not made, no type of file will be delivered.
The commission price may increase depending on the complexity of the request.
The prices indicated are for personal use only, if you require a commission for commercial use this will have an increase in cost for commercial fees which will be agreed directly with you at the time of your request.
Refunds
There are no refunds once any payment has been made for the application, please take this into account.
If for some personal reason I am not able to complete your commission, I will refund 100% of it.
Commission processes
Make your request by sending a DM to my Twitter/X profile or send an email to [email protected]
I receive your email or message and once I accept your request having agreed on the details, I will send you the payment invoice.
As soon as you have made the payment I will start with the outline of your commission.
Sent you the sketch for your first review (I can give you a maximum of 3 sessions for review and editing of sketches)
Once you have confirmed the sketch, I will begin to make the piece and when finished I will proceed to send the finished files to your email.
Important notes
If you have a Discord profile for faster and more direct communication in case your request has been accepted, do not hesitate to request my username or provide me with yours.
Please be sure to provide all necessary and complete references for your application. These include base colors, accessories,
Accessories, details, clothing, etc.
Once I have confirmed the sketch and I begin making the piece, there will be no opportunity for further changes or corrections.
You can ask about the status of your commission in between because we have agreed, however, do not be too pushy and be patient,
I will let you know of any unforeseen event that may arise if it were to happen.
Copyright / usage policies
I retain all copyright to use/publish the commissioned artwork, this unless privacy is requested or indicated in the commission application.
I must always be given credit when using artwork commissioned from me.
You are not allowed:
Modify or alter the artwork in any way
Use the artwork for purposes or conditions that have not been previously discussed with you.
Use the work for or in any type of blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrencies, or future inventions in space.
Use the final piece or any submitted sketch for AI training.
TOS are subject to change without prior notice.
If you violate the TOS rules, you will be blacklisted for future commissions.
